Animal Communication
Cindy Brody over the years has developed her intuition to not only be able to focus on physical concerns but also to be able to hear an animal's inner voice. "People would ask if my horse can tell you where he hurts can he also tell you if he's happy?" The answer is yes. Cindy Brody is able to communicate with animals by simply listening.

"Everybody has the ability to communicate with their pets."

Most people do it already. They ask their dog if he is hungry when their dog responds the people know he's hungry." Most people have the belief that only a chosen few can facilitate healing or communication. This simply is not true. People who love their animals and want to learn to help them can easily learn Energy Balancing and communication. If you already love massaging your pet you are already doing energy work.
"Once I started trusting what I was hearing, I began to really hear them. They share with me the reasons they sometimes misbehave. So often it is rider position, ill fitting saddles or a job that doesn't agree with them." Horses are honest and very heart felt. They love to feel successful just as riders do. Relationships get into trouble when the communication is lacking. Cindy Brody helps to bridge the communication gap.

Solomon's Story

Solomon who is a very sensitive Clydesdale thoroughbred gelding is an excellent communicator he often tells of his events out in the hunt field. One day Cindy arrived to treat him when she entered the stall the first thing he said to her was, "She's gone." He kept repeating it over and over again. Cindy reassured him that Susan his owner would return. It was the Christmas holiday and Susan had gone home to see her family. Solomon was left in the care of people who love him, but he couldn't help missing her. After the treatment Cindy confirmed with the other riders that Solomon's rider was indeed away.

Cindy's Comments:

Mental postcards are projecting positive energy. You can send these postcards to anyone in need. It can be in the form of prayer or meditations or a kind thought. Studies have been performed in hospitals where people who are prayed for heal quicker with fewer complications than people who don't get prayed for. Imagery work is very powerful. Horses are amazing receivers of energy. Their basic survival depends on their energy to flee.

I have worked for many years in animal rescue, and have always questioned whether or not I was really communicating with them. The only process I could find was to try to let them know I was there to help them, and they would seem to open up to me.

I recently had the opportunity to take CinergE clinic "Developing Intuition and Animal Communication for Dogs in Transition". It validated all my previous experience, so that I no longer doubt that each of us can truly communicate with the animals, because they are so eager to reach us.

Thank you Cindy Brody for helping me to acknowledge this, and to allow it to grow!

Sincerely,
Carol Caver

Legend's Story
Legend a 16-year-old bay thoroughbred gelding was a hunt horse for hire before meeting his present owner Karen. He was high strung and spooky. He had no one looking out for him. He was rented out to riders by the day to gallop through fields, jump walls and keep up with the hounds. Because of Legends insecurities they felt they had to sedate him whenever he was under saddle to keep him "quiet."
The first time I spoke with Legend the first thing he said to me was "She saved me." He said it staring straight at Karen. He told me about his life as a hunter for hire. He said often times he was so tired he couldn't feel his feet. There were times when he just wanted to go to sleep. He said they laughed at him and called him names. When Karen rescued him his ego was very fragile. Legend was able to share his feelings with me about the things he loved about Karen and also things Karen needed to know to gain his trust.
Karen and Legend have become a wonderful team each one taking the other to new highs in their training. They have been able to event and hunt without tranquilizers. They have won many ribbons. They support each other and have learned to trust each other.

Cindy's Comments:

"I have seen relationships grow when rider and horse are able to come together with communication. So many horses are misunderstood; many have chronic pain that make their jobs painful. Legend has high withers. When he was a horse for hire he had many ill-fitting saddles on him pinching his withers rubbing him. Pain will make a high-strung horse even higher. He will run from his pain.

Can you imagine running with sneakers that are a size too small. Now can you imagine running with sneakers that are a size too small caring an ill balanced package on your back? Legend was rode by riders of all levels. He was drugged and he was uncomfortable. When Legend told me "She saved me." we all had tears in our eyes because we knew it was true. Karen with her love and patience gave Legend a new lease on life.

I find that most horses with sore backs are ridden in saddles that don't fit. Often times when horses are first bought we go out and buy them beautiful new saddles. When purchased the saddle fits great. The horse enters a training program. They develop muscles and bulk. Unfortunately the new saddle becomes too tight fitting and starts to irritate the withers.

If your horse is acting out you can listen. He will tell you why. Always look for back pain when your friend starts demonstrating behaviors you don't understand. I find it's a leading cause of refusal to go forward in all disciplines.

Horses become very attached to their devoted owners. They enjoy our relationships and miss us when we're gone. Cindy tells people to send mental post cards when they are away from their equine friends. Horses are very intuitive and respond very well to long distance communication. It doesn't require any skills it just requires talking to your horse from where ever you are. We can all communicate from a distance. She also advises telling your horse when you will be a way.
